During the summer, I shared an easy lunch that I ate – cottage cheese with turkey, avocado, tomatoes, candied jalapeƱos and a generous pinch of everything except the seasoning of the bagel.
It was extremely popular and I received a message that said “would like to know other meals that you like like that! Or if your readers have suggestions. Seems silly, but really changes their life to have an easy and delicious lunch for me!”
I asked on Instagram and there were a lot of easy lunch ideas! Here are some of my favorites!

Easy lunch ideas for adults
- I love to make a lot of soup or salad or something to eat all week. Right now, Lilie eats and said to Chicken Waldorf Salad and Mel’s Kitchen Cafe Tex Mex Zucchini Sketet is my favorites.
- I love large salads that come together for a few days, pasta salads with vegetables, dinner planning, so I have leftovers or vegetables and meat on a tablecloth that I can warm up.
- I am a vegan so this recipe is vegan, but the Plantyou account on Insta is incredible for lunches. She prepares a lot of lunches in lots and they are always so easy and so delicious.
- I buy salads or salad kits before and I put them on an envelope.
- Every day – cucumber, apples, carrots, cottage cheese and turkey pepperoni. Sprinkle the cottage cheese of everything except the seasoning of the bagel.
- Kat can cook salads and soup from hungry girls. I make a huge lot and eat it all week.
- I make Burrito bowls. They are easy and fast and healthy.
- Honestly, days, I know that I am going to be absolutely crazy or that I will be super tired, I buy butter chicken in the microwave Joe.
- I love to use leftover meat like grated pork or roasted chicken or grilled chicken and making a bowl. I try to keep the sweet roasted potatoes on hand, then I add green vegetables, avocado, marinated onions and my vinaigrette or my favorite sauce.
- My favorite salad which is actually really a copy: spring mixture with fajita seasoned chicken, diced red onion, dice tomatoes, cilantro with primitive kitchen avocado
- Greek trader joes salad, then I add their frozen falafel (heated in the air fryer)
- Just a bag in bag with roasted chicken on top
- The homemade bowls are my go-to. I use protein powder (the affiliation code is janssen) like my “sweetening”, it is therefore essentially fruit and protein powder surmounted by more fruit, a pinch of homemade granola and a net of honey. So delicious with clean ingredients!
- I love to make a bowl of this salad of chickpeas and eat it throughout the week with a piece of sourdough, sometimes I put it on the spring mixture.
- Remains. I try to cook enough for dinner so that we can have it for lunch the next day, then end it.
- Make a quiche without a crust for the week. Add a small salad with vinaigrette. It’s my going because I’m like you and forget to eat.
- Tortilla with low carbohydrate content, Roman, sprinkle with cheese, turkey, honey mustard
- I end up buying a salad mixture bathtub, then I make a mixture between the grilled chicken strawberry salad and an Italian sub-salade. But I also have trouble with that. They are salads or remains.
- Cottage cheese garnished with cucumber and tomatoes, Evoo and anything but bagel spices. Broken with sad.
- Grilled bread with avocado and a large apple with peanut butter are 2 or my easy tos
